Job Overview

As a German-speaking customer support specialist at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently, you will be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to our platform, including problems with video playback, uploading, membership, and bugs.
  • Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 12 months of experience in customer support within a contact center (preferably).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (native speaker level).
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Friday) with a schedule to be determined.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, along with a range of benefits that include:

  • Language Premium Bonus: €235 per month.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per workday (net amount, paid via meal card).
  • Transportation Bonus: €720 per year.
  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
  • Health Insurance & Life Insurance (Family Plan included for spouse and children).
  • Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Portugal): Assistance in finding housing based on the candidate's needs.
  • Relocation bonus of €2,000 (gross) paid with the first payroll.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €35,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
