They provide services such as customer/technical support, content moderation, sales and marketing. As a key partner, we are excited to announce an opportunity for Sales Advisors to join their team.

About the Role

This Sales Advisor position is an excellent chance to grow your career within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth while achieving sales targets.

The daily responsibilities of this role include:

  • Communicating with clients via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer solutions tailored to their business goals.
  • Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and help them achieve their objectives.
  • Planning actions based on clients' needs and expectations.
  • Researching industries and business models to better understand markets and clients.
  • Understanding local specifics to better tailor offers for local advertisers.
  • Providing personalized recommendations based on clients' needs.
  • Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
  • Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
  • Solving problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
  • Using various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
