We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide expert-level support to clients and their technical staff for production printers and digital front-end solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, electronics, or mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in languages such as Dutch (C2) and English (B2) is required.

A competitive salary of $85,000 per year is offered, along with private health and life insurance from day one. The hybrid work arrangement includes 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. A meal allowance is also provided on a card/voucher.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or video conferencing
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and configuration
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to improve customer support processes
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
