About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Product Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Medical Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless product delivery to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding the Omnipod-Product, an Insulin Management System
  • Coordinating product shipment and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing timely and empathetic support to customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Enthusiasm about medicine and affinity for providing help
