Dutch Customer Support Specialist Opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal

Lisbon, Portugal is a hub for innovation and technology, making it the perfect location for our Dutch customer support team. As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through phone and email.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with native or fluent Dutch language skills and strong English communication abilities. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting and solving customer queries efficiently, finding solutions to emerging issues, and meeting our service quality goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
