Job Description

As an English-Speaking Team Leader for a B2B Sales Project at Webhelp, you will supervise and develop a team of Customer Advisors, closely monitor SLA's and KPI's of the project, and guarantee continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's by identifying performance gaps and developing strategies to improve results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high level of English (oral and written)
  • At least one year of previous experience in Team Management
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's)
  • Knowledge of CRM system
