Customer Support Specialist with Excellent Communication Skills

Fei Portugal, a dynamic start-up founded in 2008 and part of the Redspher Group, is seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to revolutionize the messaging sector. Our company offers a transport management system (SaaS) that allows professionals to centralize their shipments, simplify their management, and optimize logistics expenses.
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer contacts through various support modalities, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and tickets. You will also investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues and communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience. We are located in Porto, Portugal, and prefer candidates with excellent French writing and speaking skills. If you have experience in previous customer service roles and a self-starter mentality, we would love to hear from you
