Are you a sales professional looking to accelerate the digital transformation and drive ground-breaking change? As an Inside Sales Representative with Recruitas, you will play a crucial part in contributing to overall customer happiness and achieving annual sales growth aspirations.

Your daily work involves direct customer interaction, including efficient consultancy on products, systems, solutions, and services. You will analyze market conditions and build a network of partners using digital communication tools such as video conferencing, chat, and email.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can develop new customers and generate additional revenue by identifying relevant partners and decision makers. Your role also involves collaborating and working out proposals with back-office teams, product experts, and sales country management.

We require a virtual selling expert who can target a perfect blend of engagement with customers digitally to ensure outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills and an outspoken, open communication style. Proficiency in English and native speaker/native equivalent in Norwegian are essential requirements.
