Job Summary

This role involves handling guest requests from various channels, including phone calls and digital platforms for three of our hotels: ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai, and ibis Thane. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the Opera Reservations system, monitoring hotel occupancy, and updating room vacancies on online booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, rate updates, and mail messages for multiple hotels
  • Monitor hotel occupancy and advise teams when stop sales are necessary
  • Maintain accurate room availability on online platforms
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Telephones, and ARS allotment holders
  • Prepare and review rate manuals to ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management
  • 3-4 years of experience in the hotel industry
  • Familiarity with Opera Software
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge
  • Achieve results-oriented goals and maintain confidentiality

Estimated Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month (dependent on experience)
