The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the Portuguese market. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and develop new business opportunities.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, successful candidates will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand client relationships through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Carry out market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in the training and development of junior team members
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Strong understanding of the Portuguese market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
