About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a fluent Italian speaker, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have the best experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance our service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or retail industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
