Job Title: Service Delivery Operations Manager
About the Role:
As a Service Delivery Operations Manager at Biom?Rieux Bv, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24/7 Service Management activities that underpin our organization. This includes managing and maintaining our portfolio, as well as ensuring the effective management of critical applications. You will also be responsible for creating and tracking an Automation roadmap and plan that aligns with our company's ECF plan. Additionally, you will build relationships with our technology partners and stakeholders, and work closely with our central enterprise architecture team and quality, risk/compliance functions teams to ensure the security and compliance of our application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our service management portfolio
• Ensure the effective management of critical applications
• Create and track an Automation roadmap and plan
• Build relationships with technology partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the central enterprise architecture team and quality, risk/compliance functions teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of overall work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in an application support role, working with SAAS or internally hosted systems
• Experience with various technology systems and services
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers
