About the Role

This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality hotel products for Expedia's fast-growing global customer base. The Associate Market Manager will initiate, develop, and sustain strong partner relationships with local hotel partners by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services.

The ideal candidate will leverage data specific to their market available in Expediant, Expedia's proprietary market insights and activity prioritization dashboard, and utilize their local market knowledge to build and progressively expand their portfolio of local hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage data specific to your market available in Expediant to identify opportunities and optimize your partner hotels' product (content, rates, and availability) on the Expedia sites.

• Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to hotel partners.

• Ensure that your partner hotels' product is consistently optimized and competitive on the Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales, proficiency in German and English, and a drive for results.

The ideal candidate should have high impact personality traits such as intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, and team player skills. They should also be hungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
