Job Description:

As an Incident Manager, you will oversee resolution processes and maintain service continuity for our global IT operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents.
  • Responding to reported service incidents, identifying causes, and initiating incident management processes.
  • Prioritizing incidents according to urgency and influence on business.
  • Producing documents outlining incident protocols, such as handling cybersecurity threats or correcting server failures.
  • Collaboration with the incident management team to ensure diligent protocol adherence.
  • Logging all incidents and resolutions to identify recurring malfunctions.
  • Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure effectiveness.
  • Communication with upper management regarding major issues found in IT systems.
  • Management of incident team members through workload reassignment and task rescheduling.

Salary: €60000 - €80000 per year

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three years' experience working in IT service management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management software, including ITIL and COBIT.
  • Experience working with IT systems and software.
  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to analyze high volumes of technical data and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with ITIL ≥ V3, Service Now.
  • Fluent in English.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €80,000 per year.
