We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnership Specialist to join our team at Bounce, a pioneering startup revolutionizing the travel industry. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading players in the travel and service sectors.

Your Role

  • Drive the development and management of strategic partnerships with major players in the travel and service industries.
  • Negotiate impactful partnerships that align with our business objectives and values.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners to define and execute our partnership strategy.
  • Travel as needed to establish and nurture partnerships, attending relevant industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, developing, and managing strategic partnerships in the travel industry and marketplaces.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of closing deals with major players.
  • Previous startup experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
