Sales Strategy Development

Sales strategies and tactics support the Business Unit Director, promoting and selling specific offerings, aligning with overall sales objectives and targets of the operating unit.

New Business Development

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within target markets.

Client Relationships

Become a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Presentation Skills

Showcase offerings through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

Closing Deals

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field;

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (5 years minimum);

Experience in Time & Materials Business (Outsourcing);

Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges effectively;

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve objectives;

Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation, closing deals, and upselling or cross-selling products/services;

Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

**Salary:** €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
