We’re on the lookout for tech-savvy, bilingual professionals to join our client’s team and provide top-notch IT support to clients around the world. This company is a leader in multilingual IT support, serving a diverse client base across industries and countries. The mission is to deliver fast, reliable, and personalized tech solutions in a plenitude of languages.
To get to be part of it, you only need to be fluent in English and a native speaker of one of the following languages: Hebrew, Turkish, Hungarian, Czech, Croatian, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian or Albanian. Depending on the vacancies, you can work in Lisbon (in Entrecampos or Parque das Nações), in Porto, or even remotely (from Portugal)
Besides the languages, you’ll also need a professional technical background of 1 to 2 years minimum (preferably in security and systems administration); experience in technical support of 1 to 2 years in IT teams; as well as proficiency in analysis and problem solving.
