Procuramos um(a) consultor de Service Desk/Desktop Management para um projeto em Mozelos (Distrito de Viana do Castelo). Requisitos:Formação Académica Superior em Engenharia Informática ou experiência equivalente;Experiência em criar e gerir relatórios para monitorização da operação tendo em conta os SLA's, KPIs e OLAs contratados;Experiência em gerir o alinhamento entre a Operação e a Gestão do Serviço;Experiência em acompanhar as equipas no terreno assim como fazer gestão de recursos;Experiência com Windows;Conhecimento de Hardware e noções de redes informáticas;Conhecimentos ou certificação ITIL;Carta de condução válida em Portugal e disponibilidade para deslocações na região;Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e criativo;Responsabilidade, proatividade, autonomia e dinamismo;Disponibilidade para deslocações e realizar prevenções;Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de comunicação eficaz.O que oferecemos:Seguro de Saúde;Plano de formação ajustado e personalizado, com um orçamento para gastares nas formações e livros técnicos que considerares necessários;Feedback constante e acompanhamento para que possas crescer profissionalmente;Processo de onboarding remoto;Eventos de equipa todos os semestres para que possas viver novas aventuras;Descontos e ofertas exclusivas nos nossos parceiros;Cultura de proximidade e transparência.
