Join a multinational pharmaceutical company assuming the National Sales Manager – Oncology position, based in Lisbon.
Your new role
This professional will be responsible for leading a high-performance team to develop a vision and strategy aligned with the therapeutic area and the business, setting high expectations for value creation, monitoring performance and taking appropriate action. In addition, this professional will select, develop and retain sales representatives, working in partnership with them to create individual development plans, identify key clients and implement the marketing strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital sales/marketing in Oncology/Hemato-Oncology. With strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills. This professional must have the ability and experience to lead a team. A degree in Life Sciences, Management, Marketing or Finance would be appreciated. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English are a must have.
