Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Portuguese-speaking B2B Sales Specialist for their offices in Thessaloniki.
Position: B2B Sales Specialist
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct sales calls, presentations, and offer excellent serviceAssist customers with empathy, guiding them in app usageRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptlyEscalate unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teamsDocument interactions accurately and analyze customer trendsManage client accounts and build lasting relationshipsPromote new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and with leadership on strategic initiativesParticipate in training sessions and ensure adherence to service standards. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in Portuguese both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, ideally B2B, or customer serviceProficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google appsExperience with customer support software and troubleshooting toolsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsFamiliar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to changeTeam player, open to feedback, and committed to learning and self-improvementWorking schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
