O nosso cliente é uma empresa que se dedica ao desenvolvimento e produção de vestuário em malha circular utilizando tecnologias e metodologias inovadoras e sustentáveis. Prosseguindo a sua estratégia de expansão e crescimento, encontra-se a recrutar um(a) International Sales Director.
Procuramos um profissional altamente motivado e experiente na liderança e gestão de equipas comerciais e definição de estratégias de crescimento de vendas.
Responsabilidades

Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio;
Analisar detalhadamente o potencial de cada cliente;
Acompanhar e reportar os resultados de vendas e rentabilidade por cliente/marca/família de produtos;
Liderar, inspirar, capacitar e motivar a equipa de vendas, definindo objetivos claros e oferecendo suporte constante;
Analisar dados de vendas e identificar tendências de mercado;
Representar a empresa em eventos do setor, exposições internacionais e outras oportunidades de networking.
Qualificações

Comprovada experiência em posições de liderança em vendas no mercado internacional, idealmente no ramo têxtil ou em indústrias afins;
Comprovada trajetória de sucesso na realização e superação de objetivos;
Habilidades excecionais de comunicação, negociação e interação interpessoal;
Comprovada habilidade em liderar, motivar e desenvolver equipas de vendas;
Visão estratégica e a habilidade de pensar de forma inovadora são essenciais para promover o crescimento internacional;
Capacidade de análise, processamento e apresentação de dados;
Foco em resultados, com competência para tomar decisões fundamentadas em análises de dados e tendências de mercado;
Fluência em Inglês;
Conhecimentos de outros idiomas representa uma vantagem competitiva.
