The Department intends to recruit for the **Energy & Services Sales team**.

Management of a diverse set of commercial channels in their various dimensions:

- Definition and adaptation of the channel orchestration strategy; Identification and choice of partners for different commercial channels;
- Participation in the process of recruitment, selection and training of commercial managers for the different commercial channels;
- Planning and controlling the commercial activity of teams and the client portfolio: achieving objectives, pipeline management, script development, commercial strategies, launching and monitoring campaigns, etc.;
- Definition of KPIs for the various partners taking into account their maturity, proficiency and channel type;
- Definition of customer orchestration management across different channels to minimize friction and maximize commercial effectiveness;
- Knowledge and monitoring of competition activity, evolution of market and sector trends to incorporate in improving team activity;
- Monitoring commercial channels in sales meetings with SME clients to present and negotiate commercial proposals.

**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or Marketing;
- Professional experience between 3 and 8 years in commercial functions in the B2B segment;
- Experience in projects involving direct relationships with external partners is valued;
- Proficiency in MS Office and English (required);
- Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce (to be valued);
- Proactivity, autonomy, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills are skills that we value;
- Driving license and availability to travel nationally (mandatory).
