We are offering a great work experience in Porto, Portugal for a role as a **Sales Account Executive - Italian speaker.**

**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client
- Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, advise on marketing strategies, respond to and negotiate RFPs, create media plans, overcome objections)
- evangelizing the platform and explaining how its audience can help their business
- Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation
- Work independently, managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Italian**:

- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Experience in Sales (online)
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

- Flexible working hours : 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
- Stable work and career progression to become for example a Trainer, Team Leader, Manager.

**Recruitment process**

Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.

You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
