**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar para a sua Unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel em Lisboa**:
**Rececionista 2ª (M/F)**
*** Principais Responsabilidades**:
***
- **Receção, check-in e check-out dos clientes;**
***
- **Confirmar as entradas diárias;**
***
- **Entrega das chaves/ Key-pass de quartos;**
***
- **Prestar informações de natureza turística, histórica e cultural acerca da cidade de Lisboa;**
***
- **Realizar/ confirmar e inserir reservas no software do hotel;**
***
- **Realização de faturação, lançamento e cobrança de consumos;**
***
- **Assegurar/ antecipar todas as necessidades do hóspede, respeitando os princípios e valores do hotel;**
***
- **Promover os serviços oferecidos pelo hotel e realização de reservas nos mesmos;**
***
- **Assegurar o arquivo da documentação utilizada na receção.**
**What we need from you**

- **Formação superior ou técnica na área de gestão hoteleira ou técnicas de turismo;**
***
- **Experiência profissional comprovada e em funções similares;**
***
- **Valoriza-se experiência em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**
***
- **Excelente apresentação e capacidade de comunicação;**
***
- **Bom relacionamento interpessoal e orientação para o cliente;**
***
- **Sentido de compromisso, autonomia e empenho;**
***
- **Espírito de equipa, simpatia e pontualidade;**
- **Idioma imprescindível: português e inglês (escrito e falado), outros idiomas valorizados;**
***
- **Valorizam-se conhecimentos de Software Opera;**
***
- **Disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horário para turnos rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.**
