_OSquared, a member of the OmerGroup real estate investment and development is hiring, and invite you to join the success._
- Driven by the aspiration for perfection and the desire to create remarkably uncommon real estate projects, O Squared, founded by Eli Omer, sets its goal on challenging the status quo, initiating and developing unique Real Estate projects in Portugal (focused mainly on Porto and Lisbon)*._
- The position require management abilities working with the company's CEO and At least 5 years stable experience in alike position._
- Tasks include_
- _Assist the General Manager as directed_
- _Hire, train, schedule and manage daily tasks_
- _Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs_
- _Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functions_
- _Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement_
- _Liaise between managers, customers and service providers._
- Requirements: _
- _+5 years of experience in similar position_
- _Creative and enjoyment on working within a start-up environment that is mission-driven and results-driven._
- _Have the ability to exercise sound judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities._
- _Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion._
- _Proven long term stability in previous jobs._
- _Provide leadership to assigned personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, motivation, and communication. Conduct regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of changes in policies and procedures._
- _Discuss areas needing improvement. Must have strong ability to transfer strategies into execution plans_
- _Providing administrative assistance to the CEO, from managing his calendar to preparing communications, planning off-sites/ events to travel arrangements._
- _Proven experience at managing complex and challenging projects_
- _Sound understanding of system economics. (Valued)_
- _Knowledge of Office 365_
- _Fluent in English Language (must have)_
- Soft skills: _
- _Good P to P communication and customer service._
- _Driving license_
- _Good energy_
