Tasks
**Function**: Service Desk Specialist
**Workplace**: Seixal | On-site
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk position in an international environment;
- Strong technical background, both in software as in end-user hardware;
- Experience in Mac and/or Windows configurations;
- Experience in Google Suite or Microsoft 365 is a plus;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
