**Role Purpose**
We are looking for a Sales Manager, to join the Residential Department team, and build and lead a high-performance team in the Oporto market, based at our Office in Oporto.

**What this job involves**
- Hiring and retaining a team of top talented real estate consultants.
- Improving team performance through regular coaching and feedback and providing opportunities for company development and success.
- Ensures the growth of the property portfolio in the Algarve, mainly in the premium areas.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Maintains the highest possible client service quality. Adhering to all compliance requirements and the highest Global ethical standards.
- Working collaboratively with Quinta do Lago team and all other national and international teams.

- Proven work experience in the real estate market and Oporto market knowledge.
