**Introduction**:
**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in event planning, hospitality or a related field;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook);
- Familiarity with event planning software and technology;
- Capability of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment;
- Creative thinking skills with innovative solutions to challenges;
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities;
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed;
- Proven customer service and client relationship skills;
- Strong written and verbal English communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Duties/role**:

- Creating Complementary Learning Opportunity (CLO) processes for all forms and types of customers;
- Managing and assisting in creating and requesting promotional materials, including invitations, signage, and programs;
- Coordinating or assisting with CLO logistics, including transportation, catering, and audio/visual requirements;
- Developing communication plans and materials, including press releases, newsletters, and website content;
- Creating CLO sponsorship packages;
- Establishing CLO timelines and schedules, ensuring all parties involved are informed;
- Supporting the setup and breakdown of CLO venues, including furniture arrangement, decoration, and managing equipment rentals;
- Assisting in managing CLO budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices;
- Developing an outsourcing plan for CLOs as needed;
- Providing on-site support during CLOs, managing registration, welcoming attendees, and addressing any issues that arise;
- Conducting post-CLO evaluations to collect feedback and assess the success of the CLO, including generating evaluation reports;
- Maintaining accurate records of CLO details, including attendee lists, vendor contracts, and other pertinent information;
- Undertaking additional tasks as directed by the CLO coordinator or supervisor.
