Encontramo-nos a recrutar um(a) Chefe de Vendas que irá desempenhar um papel estratégico na organização de uma empresa especializada no setor da náutica, contribuindo de forma ativa para o crescimento e sucesso da empresa assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

Encontramo-nos a recrutar um(a) Chefe de Vendas que irá desempenhar um papel estratégico na organização de uma empresa especializada no setor da náutica, contribuindo de forma ativa para o crescimento e sucesso da empresa assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

- Desenvolver estratégias de venda, estabelecendo metas e objetivos;
- Liderar uma equipa de vendas, desde da sua contratação, formação, motivação e supervisão, garantindo que esta se encontra alinhada com os objetivos da empresa;
- Monitorizar o desempenho da sua equipa, estabelecendo métricas de avaliação e desempenho (KPIs);
- Gerenciar o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção de cliente até ao pós-venda;
- Planear e orçamentar os custos necessários relativos às vendas e ao marketing, alocando os recursos necessários de forma eficaz para a obtenção dos objectivos;
- Analisar o mercado desde das suas tendências, da concorrência e das oportunidade de crescimento, ajustado as estratégias sempre que necessário;

**Perfil**:

- Formação Superior em Gestão ou noutras áreas relevantes para a função;
- Experiência profissional superior a 3 anos comprovada em gestão comercial

- Experiência em gestão de equipas comerciais com foco em segmento premium;
- Gosto pela venda personalizada e focada em soluções orientadas para o cliente;
- Residir no concelho de Setúbal - é fundamental dada a localização da empresa e do negócio da mesma;
- **Ter disponibilidade para realizar horários compreendidos entre o horário de funcionamento da empresa (9h-20h) assim como fins-de-semana sempre que necessário;**:

- Nível avançado de inglês falado e escrito;
- Domínio das ferramentas digitais necessárias, na ótica de utilizador independente;
- Boas capacidades de análise, organização e planeamento;
- Visão, autonomia e espírito de iniciativa;
