**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As an **English and Portuguese-Speaking Facilities Assistant Manager,** you will:

- Ensure and verify the equipment's good reception in the company
- Control internal organization in terms of stocks, logistics
- Guarantee the control of payments
- Participate in the set up of site infrastructures
- Assure the security of the premises

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of Portuguese and English (written and oral)**:

- Have excellent communication skills
- Have previous experience (preferential)
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
