**Descrição do emprego** Missão**:
O Key Account Manager Lead na Makro Portugal desempenha um papel fundamental na construção de parcerias estratégicas e na otimização do desempenho financeiro das key accounts no setor Horeca. Este profissional desempenha um papel crucial na consecução dos objetivos de negócios da empresa e na satisfação dos clientes. É responsável por liderar e apoiar os KAM, com objetivo e foco em atinguir os targets de vendas e rentabilidade da empresa. É responsável por dar sporte na negociação, bem como na criação de P&L ao nível do cliente/grupo. É crucial a ligação com áreas chave, como ISL, supply chain, offer, financeiro, com o ojetivo claro de construir uma abordagem forte, focado no negócio/cliente e no sucesso da empresa.
**Principais Responsabilidades**:
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos estratégicos com cadeias de hotéis e restaurantes, compreendendo as suas necessidades e objetivos comerciais;
- Colaborar com as equipas de vendas e marketing para criar estratégias eficazes de venda e promoção para atender às necessidades dos clientes Horeca;
- Monitorizar o desempenho das contas, avaliando os resultados financeiros e os KPIs de vendas, margem, OB e outros, ajustando estratégias sempre que necessário;
- Elaborar planos de negócios e estratégias de crescimento em conjunto com as centrais das key accounts, com foco no aumento da receita e na otimização da margem de lucro;
- Negociar e re-negociar contratos e acordos comerciais com cadeias de hotéis e restaurantes, garantindo termos favoráveis para ambas as partes, de forma mais estruturada e tendo em conta não só os KPIs de vendas, mas também de prazos de pagamento, estratégias de marketing (redes sociais e in-store) e métodos de entrega;
- Fornecer soluções customizadas para atender às necessidades específicas dos clientes Horeca, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a equipa de ISL, adaptando rotas e dias de entrega à realidade dos clientes, bem como garantindo que as mesmas se adequam às necessidades de rentabilidade;
- Acompanhar de perto as tendências do mercado Horeca, identificando oportunidades de crescimento;
- Gerir uma P&L completa das contas sob a sua responsabilidade, garantindo a maximização da rentabilidade e a gestão eficaz dos custos;
- Fazer a ponte com o departamento central de contabilidade, de maneira a garantir os pontos de contacto com as centrais das Key Accounts e o bom flow de comunicação entre eles, de maneira que nunca se chegue a pontos de rutura e incumprimento, de nenhuma das partes, funcionando sempre como a cara da empresa.
**Qualificações**
- Habilitações mínimas ao nível de Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, entre outras;
- Experiência mínima de pelo menos 3 anos na área de vendas no canal Horeca;
- Experiência em Gestão de Equipas;
- Elevada capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
- Fluência ao nível do Inglês (obrigatório)
