**Our Client**:
Our client is a large multinational, with worldwide representation, in the area of beauty and cosmetics, based in Lisbon. They are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the European market sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the international commercial management of the European market. Its function is to maintain the current client portfolio in addition to prospecting and attracting new clients.**Responsabilties**:

- Monitor and manage the customer portfolio in each market where you are responsible,
- Responsible for defining the commercial strategy for the international markets;
- Ensure the implementation of the commercial and marketing strategy defined for each client, within the scope of the objectives and business plans defined for the market;
- Manage total sales targets, by product type, launches and all other commercial metrics;
- Develop the market by opening new accounts;
- Detect potential business opportunities in international markets (new sales channels and/or distributors);
- Responsible for the CRM platform;
- Participate in fairs and international events;
- Manage various commercial agents in the regions;
- Plan and coordinate with the marketing team the actions that will be performed with customers;
- Plan periodic visits to customers and market mapping.

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as Sales Manager;
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
- Availability to travel.**What they offer**:
