Clarity Locums is recruiting 2 Administrative Assistants for Porto office.

Role 1 - 8am to 4:30pm

Role 2 - 10am to 6:30pm

Key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Full time job
- Data entry
- General office duties
- Schedule shifts for temporary jobs and contractors
- Follow established procedures consistently for all administrative tasks and projects
- Coordinate temporary jobs

The successful applicant should be:

- Fast learning
- Computer proficient, preferably in excel
- Self-motivated
- Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Excellent customer care skills
- Confident and have a polite telephone manner
- Accurate and have attention to detail
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to delegate
- High level of English (mandatory)
- Previous administrative experience (mandatory)
