About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our team at Nestlé Business Services. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and categorize customer claims and deductions
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs and standardization of processes
- Monitor and analyze KPIs on quality of services provided
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar field
- Knowledge of basic finance terminology and accounting rules
- Good English level and computer skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive thinking, willingness to learn, and team player attitude
