About the Role
We are seeking a Claims Resolution Expert to join our Nestlé Business Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving claims and deductions raised by various stakeholders.
Daily Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Receiving, registering, and categorizing all customer claims and deductions.
2. Contributing to Continuous Improvement programs and standardizing processes across all markets in scope.
3. Analyzing and checking key performance indicators (KPIs) on the quality of services provided and presenting during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's).
4. Participating in KPI trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, and problem-solving.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of basic finance terminology and concepts, including debit and credit accounting rules.
3. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel knowledge.
4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset.
