Role Overview

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a skilled Swedish Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our international support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to our clients across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Offer general and technical support to our clients
  • Identify, troubleshoot, document, and categorize customer cases and potential issues
  • Make informed decisions to resolve customer inquiries in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex problems as per defined procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Fluency in Swedish (C1) and English (B2)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent written communication skills and good typing speed
