Customer Service Representative for Home Entertainment

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences on behalf of our clients in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding subscription, invoicing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide account and application support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Native French speaker with a minimum B2 level in English.
- Based in Portugal with a strong understanding of local regulations and culture.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
- A competitive salary package: €9,850 gross per month (14 months) + up to €1,400 performance bonus + meal vouchers of €8.22 per workday + reimbursement of some transportation costs + Private Health Insurance and dental plan after six months.
- A 6-month contract with opportunities for extension.
- A remote work arrangement, working from home with flexible hours (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00).
