Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our clients' customers while working on projects for top prestigious and worldwide brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve success
Requirements
  • A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English
  • Enthusiasm about movies, shows, and the entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
Benefits
  • Type of contract: long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • Working hours: rotating shifts (5 days/week, weekends included, 8 AM - 9 PM)
  • Salary conditions: 950€ - 1.000€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1.300 - 1.400€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick-up
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, and social integration
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company
