Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will be multifaceted:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via various channels, including social media, chats, emails, and calls.
  • Handle subscription, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting queries.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • E nsure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in a friendly and approachable manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • You are a native French speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum).
  • You are already based in Portugal, preferably below Coimbra.
  • You are motivated, committed to your work, and able to write in French.
  • You are a team player, willing to work with colleagues from diverse nationalities.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is advantageous.
Benefits

This full-time position comes with the following benefits:

  • A 6-month temporary contract.
  • A salary of €12,460 gross per year (approximately €890€ gross per month) + performance-related bonus up to €1,200 annually + meal voucher of €8.42 per working day.
  • A schedule that includes rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 9 PM.
