Role Overview: We seek a talented French native speaker to join our Lisbon-based team as a Customer Service Agent.


About the Job: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with their queries related to subscription, invoicing, and troubleshooting. You will also provide account and application support, deliver a high-quality service, and ensure a superior customer experience.


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a B2 level in English, be based in Portugal, and be motivated and committed to your work. Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
