Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be a native French speaker with a good level of English and be willing to work in a multicultural team.
