German or Danish Speaking Sales Manager for DACH and Nordic Markets

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the DACH and Nordic markets
- Lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and implement sales processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on B2B tech sales
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Fluency in German or Danish, with English as a second language
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive business results
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
