Job Summary:

As a Customer Debt Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring regular operational activity of the collections team. You will support in the identification, analysis, and resolution of processes and new service needs, analyze operational data, prepare analyses, construct reports and presentations, control and support collection and debt management operations for corporate clients, map and support procedure construction, and participate in initiatives to improve operation management processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in operations is highly valued. We require excellent communication skills, a focus on achieving results, high analytical ability, critical thinking, orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines, ability to anticipate problems, identify solutions, and new opportunities, good communication skills, and experience in Office tools with a focus on Excel.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
