Vendor Support Professional: Resolution and Collaboration Expert

About Us: Scandinavian Tobacco Group, a leading player in the tobacco industry, offers an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Support Officer to join our team. As a trusted partner, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Your Role: In this role, you will be responsible for resolving disputes related to vendor management and providing support to the payments lead in achieving team objectives. You will collaborate with team members to implement solutions, communicate effectively with vendors and other departments, and ensure prompt responses to vendor inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the payments lead in achieving team objectives
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Solve problems or inefficiencies and propose suggestions for improvement
- Communicate with vendors and other departments to address and clarify vendor concerns
- Ensure precise and accurate resolution of invoice disputes, minimizing errors and rework
Requirements: We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SAP 4 HANA, and excellent teamwork and decision-making skills. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement in dispute resolution to enhance efficiency.
Benefits: As a colleague at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
