Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolving customer queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless processing of customer requests
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent French (written and oral) and English language skills
  • A background in customer relations or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
