Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Canon Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log calls into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures.
  • Ensure cases are tracked and closed efficiently and timely.
  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with customers, showing empathy at all times.
  • Follow contact centre procedures, including call handling and AUX code guidelines.
  • Develop effective relationships with colleagues and provide feedback on issues and improvements.
  • Be positive and proactive in improving quality and adapting to feedback.
  • Adhere to regulations regarding personal data confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Norwegian, with strong English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform data entry efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build supportive relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Strong research skills to resolve customer problems and provide feedback on emerging issues.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive training in English for 15 working days, conducted remotely.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 21:00, with 8-hour shifts in rotation.
  • Remote work from home, with equipment provided.
  • Monthly bonuses up to €200 based on performance.
  • Extra pay for Greek holidays and overtime work.
  • Three extra bonuses per year: Christmas (one full salary), Easter (half a salary), and Vacation (half a salary).
  • Flight ticket provided, taxi from the airport, and up to 4 weeks accommodation upon arrival.
  • Support in finding an apartment or room to rent.
  • Assistance with obtaining a tax number, insurance number, bank account, etc.

Important Condition for Hiring

To be hired, you will need a Greek tax and social security number. These can be obtained with a birth certificate or family status certificate from your hometown. Ensure you gather these documents in time to present them upon hiring.
