About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the employee benefits sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the employee benefits industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality commercial proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Manage and analyze sales pipeline reports to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the employee benefits industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and business-savvy individual.
