Customer Service Representative for Medical Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Italian speaker looking to work with a medical technology company.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Italy, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Key responsibilities include checking orders, managing stock availability and prices, recording discounts for current promotions, informing customers of delivery times, and answering telephone calls from the sales force and customers.
  • You will also provide commercial assistance to sales points and sales force, process requests for commercial and technical documentation for customers, create and update customer accounts in the system, and handle all customer complaints and record each complaint on the various supports.
  • In addition, you will enter all customer credit notes into the ERP system for returns, complaints, stock or price adjustments, and contact AR for all orders on financial hold and any changes that could have an impact on the payment of customer invoices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Qualifications and/or experience in similar roles
  • Familiarity with IT tools: Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle preferred
  • Soft skills: empathy, conflict management

We offer a direct contract with the client, 40 hours per week, hybrid work in Parque das Nações, and a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.
