The Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Specialist in our Lisbon office. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • passion for sales and business development

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €40,000 per annum, plus commission and benefits. This includes health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
