Senior Agricultural Territory Sales Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agricultural Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at Idahoan Foods, LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building long-term partnerships with customers and driving sales growth in the agriculture equipment industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue within assigned territories.
- Conduct field demonstrations of equipment and machinery at customer sites, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers and the New Equipment Ordering (NEO) department, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and meet customer needs.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture equipment industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of local market conditions, resale values of machinery, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
